What this site is

EauClaireCrawlspace.com is a marketing and referral property. It publishes information about crawl space and basement moisture problems for Eau Claire-area homeowners and connects visitors with independent local contractors. It does not perform crawl space encapsulation, repair, waterproofing, or any other construction or remediation work. When you call or submit the form, we pass your information along to one independent local contractor who is positioned to help with what you described.

The contractors are independent businesses

Every contractor we connect you with is an independently owned and operated business. They are solely responsible for their own quotes, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance, permits, and any warranty they offer on their work. Wisconsin generally requires Dwelling Contractor certification under Wis. Stat. §101.65 for businesses that pull building permits on one- and two-family homes, and crawl space modifications generally need a permit; confirm a contractor's certification and insurance directly with them before work begins.

We do not supervise, direct, employ, or control the contractors we refer you to, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor. Any dispute about a quote, the work performed, or a warranty is between you and that contractor.
